Genflex™ is owned and manufactured by Firestone. This warehouse required 56,000 square feet of ballast stone and EPDM removal. Replaced all damaged deckings with 3’ ISO and wood fiber board and installed 560 squares of Firestone/Genflex .060 EZ TPO membrane.
